A design which integrates mounting feet into the gearbox housing means that Brevini's range of in-line and right angle gearboxes offer advantages in terms of high levels of operating stiffness and rigidity. The use of tapered roller bearings in the construction of these compact high efficiency gearbox units adds to their robust performances, by allowing axial and side loads to be tolerated on their keyed cylindrical output shafts. The provision for foot mounting means that this range is particularly suitable for industrial applications. This suitability is enhanced by a side range of accessories, including adaptors for electric and hydraulic motors. Integral (cast) foot-mounted up to 20,000 lb.-ft.
