BW This series of hydraulic hoisting winches stands out for its excellent performance and compact size made possible by the special design in which all mechanical and hydraulic parts are inside the winch drum. The winches in this series all have hydraulic motor-driven units with a fixed displacement axial piston motor type and an integrated balancing valve unit for controlling the load while it is descending, as well as a selector valve for opening the integrated motor brake. As a result, the rope can be easily and quickly wound clockwise or counterclockwise, simply by rotating the load control valve. The generously proportioned negative lamellar brake was designed to withstand very high braking torques. Installation is simplified by the exclusive design of the lateral supports in the square frame versions. There is also a wide range of accessories available: pressure rollers, extensometric load cells with electronic box to determine the overload limit of the winch, rev counter, marine seals, ropes, hooks and pulleys. BMW Four different models, one size and result's obtained through a variation of the displacement capacity of the orbital piston motor (Samhydraulic BRZV compact motor) are the characteristics that make this series of winches economical, fast and easy to install in any position and with any rope configuration, even in cramped spaces. The fixed displacement orbital piston motor has a balancing valve unit for controlling the load while it is descending and for closing the integrated motor brake, which safely controls the descent speed and activates the brake when stopped. The fail safe negative hydraulic brake is inside the drum, and the brake is opened only when their is pressurized oil in the motor, which ensures a high level of safety.
